All our projects structure drawings are based on soil report .

Triplex House recently build in HMT Layout, With crowded areas with building all 3 sides. Our structural Team decided to go for Bulb pile design as the soil load baring capacity was very less. There is a Myth that only Commercial building need Pile foundation.But thats not true if the soil barring capacity is very less and building a multi floor houses Pile foundation will be required.Structures engineers can guide you in this.
