Site Inspection
When you have a construction project, you need to be sure that everything is up to code. That is why we inspect the construction site before moving forward ...This is where the details of your project become crystal clear—in more ways than one. We will also take measurements and photos for later reference, so we can formulate an accurate quote for the work that needs to be done.
We will also discuss with you which permits are needed and get started on obtaining them before work begins, while you can ask any questions you have.
Budget estimation

That is why we start by building a 3D model of your house using state-of-the-art computer software. Contract Signing

Or maybe your family has grown and now there is room for an extra bedroom—we don't want you to have to go through all that stress again! We will keep you in the loop about when we are going to update the site and what changes might be coming, so that you can give us your feedback before we put them into effect.
D. Settle in
Final inspection and walk-through
The final walk-through is a critical step in the construction process. It is when you, as a homeowner, get to see your dream home come to life. It's also the last time you'll have a chance to make any changes before it is handed over to you. We want this moment to be special for you ...At this point, your home is almost ready to live in! We will schedule an inspection with a professional inspector, who will make sure that everything is built to code and is safe for you and your family. Once the inspector has given us the go-ahead, we will schedule a final walk-through with you.
